Extended my contract at this hospital for a year and could not find a single RN or supervisor in this hospital to provide me with a reference for my next assignment. It was okay for them to get my recommendation on professional topics. Extremely conniving culture. Not the type of nurses that I would ever want to be associated with. A culture of nepotism.
