Most TOXIC enviroment I've ever worked in. The higher ups are horrible. Another RT tried to physically fight me and nothing was done to them. The same RT also aggressively went after an RN. Again nothing happened. They lie and gaslight you. And have had 1 RT on shift for the entire hospital without any help from management or the "team". They do not care about their employees much less their patients. Because staff was stealing drinks and snacks they took them away at night and on weekends. There was nothing for the patients to to eat. I would never allow anyone I cared about to be a patient their.
