They really go out of their way to treat travelers awful. Techs don’t do vitals. Everything is the nurses job and if you’re the traveler, they have resentment for you.

Patient ratio is adequate but acuity levels matched with ratios is appalling, patient turn around and readmissions is atrocious and majority of medical providers refuse to have effective communication with the nursing staff and house supervisors do not care about overload or patient safety.

            <ul><li>Position based in a rehabilitation department with a primary focus on outpatient therapy, with responsibilities in acute care and home health as needed</li><li>8-hour day shifts from 8am to 5pm, five days per week</li><li>Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles is required</li><li>EPIC EMR experience is preferred, with training offered on site</li><li>Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population primarily in outpatient rehab, with additional responsibilities in acute care and home health</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment programs focused on maximizing patient function and independence</li><li>Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and achieve patient discharge goals</li><li>Returnees must have at least one year separation from prior permanent employment at the facility to be eligible</li><li>First day orientation includes on-site training and testing requirements as applicable</li></ul>
