Nursing Care Coordinator

This role includes supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff, as well as coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

    <li>Provide coordinated nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and nursing protocols.</li>
    <li>Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring effective and safe nursing practices are followed.</li>
    <li>Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient care needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.</li>
    <li>Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines to facilitate comprehensive, patient-centered care.</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
