Pros

The nursing team is amazing! Some of the best RNs and LPNs I have worked with. There were a few good PCTs that did their job well and then there were those who went MIA.

Cons

Management needs work. This place has the potential to be great but its leadership needs to be more proactive in accepting and administering accountability.
