Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment duration
• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:4 in a 29-bed unit with 27 monitor beds
• Any solid color scrubs acceptable
• Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
• Check in at front lobby with security for Human Resources
• Use employee parking lot
• Responsible for clocking in and out for timekeeping
