Opportunity:

SMH Level 4 RN OR - SMH : L4RN : OR RN

Job Details:

• Work rotating day/evening/night shifts with on-call and callback responsibilities
• Float to different units as needed
• Work holidays and weekends per unit requirements
• Provide perioperative care for diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neurology, vascular, ophthalmic, gynecology, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma procedures
• Operate in Level 1 trauma center environment
• Work with 2 DaVinci robots used across multiple services
• Support transplant program involving liver, kidney, and heart procedures
• Must be able to both scrub and circulate during surgical procedures
• Two years of operating room experience required, with Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Robotics experience required
• New York state RN license required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Preferred experience in specialty cases including transplants, plastics, reconstructive surgery, craniotomy procedures, and strong orthopedic background
