Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Preference for 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling options of 4x10 or 3x12 hour shifts
• Shift times available: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekend, holiday, on-call, and callback responsibilities as needed
• Charge nurse responsibilities per unit needs
• Work in 4 catheterization labs and 3 electrophysiology labs providing care for adult and pediatric patients
• Provide pre and post procedural care in holding areas
• Collaborate with cardiovascular technologists in a comprehensive program model
• 2 years of catheterization lab experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), moderate sedation training, dysrhythmia, and telemetry
• Must have experience with TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman procedures
• Experience required in right and left heart hemodynamics, cardiac interventions, CTO, PCI, pericardiocentesis, vascular interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, and FlowTriever
• Mechanical circulatory support experience required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD
• Structural heart experience required with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, valvuloplasty, and ASA
• Critical care or cardiac experience required
• New York RN license required
• Cardiovascular certification or RCES preferred
• Familiarity with device and ablation procedures and equipment preferred
• Electrophysiology lab experience preferred
