Registered Nurse – Infusion Clinic

Job Overview

• Location: Newton, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Employment type: LTA

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Infusion experience within the last year
• 1 year of infusion experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• License or certification verification
• Criminal background check
• Massachusetts CORI
• SSN trace
• National sex offender check
• Exclusion checks
• Education verification
• Medication exam with an 80% passing score
• Fit test for N95 respirator use
• Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the role
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity
• TB screening documentation
• Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form
• Self-study orientation and attestation
• Beeline attestation

Optional / Conditional Items

• Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
• Name change documentation, if legal or credential names do not match
• TB symptom survey, if positive PPD

Notes for Applicants

• MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Nursing license verification must include primary source verification
• BLS must be from an accepted provider
• Fit testing cannot be completed onsite
