Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Dept position in New Hampshire requiring a compact or NH RN license and specialized emergency certifications.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Free Standing Emergency Department environment
• Night shift, 7:00PM to 7:00AM, 13-week contract
• Treats a wide range of emergency cases across all patient populations
• No local candidates are accepted; must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Respond to emergency and trauma situations in a high-acuity setting
• Must be able to provide documentation for licensing and certifications upon request
• Contract requires nights, rotating holidays, and weekend coverage
• Not eligible for candidates who reside within 50 miles of the facility

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Dept RN experience
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or equivalent certification required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required
