Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a high-risk Labor & Delivery position requiring an active DC RN license and specialty certifications including NRP, AWHONN Advanced, and C-EFM.
Details
- High-risk Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Day and night rotating shifts (3x12), 7:00–19:30 and 19:00–7:30
- 4 weekend shifts required per contract
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active DC RN license required prior to start date (pending DC license considered for candidates who can provide proof of pending status)
- Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, and C-EFM
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
- High-risk L&D experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BSN should be included in credentials if applicable
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

- Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
- All scheduling and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
