Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications with night shift availability and on-call obligations.

Details

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required
On-call requirement of 36 hours every 6 weeks
Floating required

Requirements

Active RN license — TN or Compact license required
Current certifications required: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), AWHONN, NIHSS, and NRP
Prior Labor & Delivery nursing experience required

Additional Information

RTO will not be accommodated during holiday periods, including: Valentine's Day, Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
Travelers may discuss holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite using the RTO form
