Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital Radiology/CT unit, requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within a Radiology & CT department
• Performs all X-ray and CT imaging studies
• 10-hour day shifts
• Weekend requirements vary based on facility need; candidates may be required to work all weekends
• Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis
• 13-week contract with 12 hours of orientation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Active ARRT (R) credential required; CT certification preferred
• Active California CRT (Radiology) license required
• Fluoroscopy license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• All certifications and licenses must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials will not be accepted
• A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Works within a multi-modality radiology department alongside MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound technologists
• Equipment includes DR PACS and Philips imaging systems with Cerner as the EMR
• Facility is a Level 3 trauma center
• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
