Description
American Traveler is hiring an ARRT-certified CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift contract at a large magnet hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Details
- Large 1,059-bed Magnet hospital and flagship health system facility
- CT Scan department with a high-volume environment averaging 270–290 scans per day
- Uses GE and Canon CT equipment
- Documents using Epic EMR
- 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Schedule includes Thursdays, Fridays, every other weekend, and holidays as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (CT and XR) required
- Ohio State Radiology license required; pending license accepted
- BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Large hospital experience preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Performs and completes diagnostic imaging procedures including routine radiographic and CT studies
- Prepares patients for examinations and positions them appropriately per department protocol
- Ensures radiation safety for both the patient and operator in accordance with ARRT guidelines
- Charcoal grey scrubs required
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the Columbus, Ohio area to be eligible for this position
