Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN - Surgery Circulator for a 13-week OR assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and AHA BLS certification.

Details

• OR Circulator role within a hospital surgery unit
• Day shift hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued only)
• Minimum 1 year of OR circulator experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address (no international addresses accepted)
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Driver's License copy required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Implements and monitors patient care plans, and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Serves as a primary coordinator across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
• Carries out physician and nursing orders and supports patient discharge planning
• Role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment
• Standard Precautions and PPE protocols must be followed
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Local candidates are accepted; candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a different pay rate
