Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist (CT/X-Ray Tech) with at least 2 years of CT and X-Ray experience for a 13-week acute care contract, working evening shifts with on-call requirements.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in a CT/X-Ray unit
• Charting performed in Cerner
• 8-hour evening shifts with a 3:30 PM start time
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• On-call required
• First to float per facility policy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT and X-Ray Technologist experience required
• Active CA state license required (license required if applicable)
• Active BLS certification required; pending certifications not accepted
• ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications required; pending certifications not accepted
• Active Fluoroscopy permit required
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates previously employed PRN through outside firms will be considered
• Orientation is 12 hours
