Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 6 months of current CT experience and ARRT (R)(CT) certification for a travel assignment in a hospital-based CT Scan unit in Thornton, CO.

Details

Hospital-based CT Scan unit located in the main building
Equipment includes two in-house scanners (128-slice and 16-slice) and one mobile unit (64-slice)
Typical procedures include CTA, ABD/PELV, and CAP studies
EMR is Meditech; Centricity PACS is also used on-site
Shift runs 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday
Typical staffing consists of 4 techs plus a supervisor on weekdays
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of current CT Technologist experience within the last 6 months
ARRT (R)(CT) and current BLS certification required
Night shift experience with Trauma I or II level preferred
Experience with GE equipment, Meditech, and Centricity PACS preferred
Must not have gaps in work history totaling 90 or more days in the past 12 months
SSN and DOB required for consideration
One professional reference required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates will be considered
Ideal candidates are highly motivated self-starters with strong critical thinking skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude
AHA or ARC BLS accepted; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
