Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certifications on a 13-week day shift assignment.
Details
- Hospital-based Labor and Delivery unit
- 13-week assignment with a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM day shift schedule
Requirements
- Active RN license (TN or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required
- Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and delivering patients within a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
