Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Outpatient Case Manager for a full-time day position requiring a CO or Compact RN license and 3+ years of case management experience.
Details
- Full-time day position with weekend rotation
- Schedule consists of 3-12 hour shifts totaling 36-40 hours per week
- No call requirements
- Coordinate inpatients and outpatients throughout the admission process and access to healthcare
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Requirements
- Active CO or Compact RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- Minimum of 3 years RN Case Management experience required
- Hospital Case Management experience required
- Proof of flu vaccine required with no exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
- Local candidates are not eligible for this role
- Housing may be available for travelers directly through the facility based on availability
