Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring high-volume L&D experience and previous travel nursing background.
Details
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Weekend scheduling to be determined by the facility
- On-call requirements to be determined by the facility
- Must be willing to work the facility's schedule with no restrictions
Requirements
- Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) required at time of submission
- 2+ years of recent high-volume Labor & Delivery experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Must be willing to obtain EFM certification within 48 hours if offered
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification within 48 hours if offered
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS, and NRP
- COVID vaccination required and must be state recorded, declinations not accepted
Additional Information
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
- Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction
- Utilizes specialized nursing knowledge and judgment to provide care appropriate to patients' physical and developmental needs
- Local candidates accepted with no radius rule
- Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested
