Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level 1 trauma facility, requiring 3+ years of experience and strong Siemens scanner proficiency.
Details
- Acute care setting within a Level 1 trauma facility
- CT Scan department caring for high acuity Level 1 trauma and acute stroke patients
- Uses Siemens equipment exclusively, including Single syngo Force, Definition 64 slice, and AS20 with interventional package
- Requires post processing capability on Siemens systems
- Cerner EMR used for charting
- Weekend night shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT (CT) certification required per Department of Health regulation
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens CT scanners required
- Post processing experience required
- Experience with Level 1 trauma and acute stroke high acuity patients preferred
- Strong IV start skills preferred
