Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and independent trauma scanning experience.
Details
- CT Scan unit within an academic teaching facility
- 10-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 40 hours per week
- Schedule includes a minimum of every other weekend and adjustments as needed to meet unit and patient care needs
- Coverage required for 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day
- No block schedules
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- VT license required if applicable, must apply at time of offer
- Must be able to independently scan trauma patients
- Must be able to start PIVs
- Experience in a similar sized teaching facility required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years required
- Philips equipment experience preferred
Additional Information
- Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transportation access
- All-season or snow tires recommended for vehicles during November through April
- Local candidates accepted
- Pay rates are tiered based on direct-line mileage distance: local (50 miles or less), radius (51-100 miles), and travel (over 101 miles)
