Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting in the Occupational Therapy unit
13-week assignment
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements

Active OT license required if applicable
Current AHA certifications required
Active licensure verified through Nursys at time of consideration

Additional Information

Provide occupational therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital
Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full time
