Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN with EP and interventional radiology experience for a role requiring ARRT certification and on-call coverage.
Details
- Work in the Cath Lab/Special Procedures department performing diagnosis and treatment procedures
- Cath Lab caseload includes 40% radiology cases requiring on-call coverage for that modality
- Perform both scrub and monitoring roles for interventional radiology and cardiology cases
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4x10-hour day shifts from 0700-1730
- Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- ARRT certification required
- EP (electrophysiology) experience required
- Interventional radiology experience required
- AHA certifications required; RQI certifications not accepted
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year and relocated with a new address to be eligible as a traveler
