Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and independent trauma scanning experience for a night shift assignment at a teaching facility.

Details

  • CT Scan unit within a teaching hospital setting
  • 10-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 40 hours per week
  • Minimum of every other weekend required, with schedule adjustments as needed for unit and patient care needs
  • Must work 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
  • No block schedules

Requirements

  • ARRT certification required
  • VT license required if applicable
  • Must apply for VT license at time of offer if not already held
  • Must be able to scan trauma cases independently
  • Must be able to start PIVs
  • Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required
  • Experience in a similarly sized teaching facility required
  • Philips equipment experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended, as public transportation is not accessible near the facility
  • Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
  • Candidates must be able to explain any employment gaps over 90 days
