Job Description
Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months.
Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility.
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years 1 Year of travel exp.
Experience required:
Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience
Certs/Licenses:
BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/ Telemetry test, NIHSS required
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N):Yes
