OT – Home Health | Spokane Valley, WA

Start Date: 10/19/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5×8 Hours | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements: 1 year recent OT Home Health experience • HCHB experience required • OASIS experience required • BLS • Active WA license in hand • No first-time travelers • Active Driver's License & personal transportation • Hospice/Home Health checklist required

Caseload: Geriatric | 5–7 patients/day
