📍 Job Title:RN MS/Tele
📌 Facility Location: Oklahoma City, OK
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Week

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
Patient Ratio: Must have experience managing a 1:4 patient ratio.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS – Required.
License: Current and valid RN license required.
Floating: Clinician must be willing to float within their scope of practice as needed to meet facility requirements.
Distance Requirement: Clinician's home address must be more than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
Identification: Current and valid Driver's License or State-Issued ID required.
Proof of Residence: Utility bill required in the traveler's name, matching the address on the ID, and dated within the last 3 months.
