Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location
- Salem, Massachusetts

Unit Description
- 24-bed Medical Cardiology Unit
Job Details
- Rotating shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights (36 hours per week)
- Rotation includes every other weekend (EOW)
- RN to patient ratio:
- Days: 1:5
- Nights: 1:6
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret telemetry strips
- Perform cardiac drips
- Provide post-catheterization care including PCI, ICD, PPM, Ablation, TR Band, and femoral approach care
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
- Strong cardiac background with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience performing cardiac drips
- Experience providing post-catheterization care, including PCI, ICD, and Ablation care
- Cardiology experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
