Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Vent experience
• ICP monitoring
• Hemodynamic monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Meditech Expanse experience
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
• American Heart Association PALS
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Expectations

• Must be able to function independently with general guidance
• Requires critical thinking, time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills
• Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings

Additional Notes

• Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Permanent address must be included in the profile
• Requested time off must be submitted with the profile and will not be approved after upload or after offer
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Personal scrubs of any color are allowed
• Unit size is 20 beds
• Patient ratio is 1:2
