Job Summary:
The CT technologist will demonstrate professionalism and service excellence while performing a variety of tasks, including obtaining necessary medical and radiological supplies, maintaining sterility, preparing requisitions, and communicating effectively with patients and families to alleviate anxiety. The technologist will adhere to HIPAA regulations, verify patient identification, monitor patient conditions, and ensure the availability of medical records and supplies. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the CT unit, performing emergency responses, and adhering to venipuncture and power injector protocols. The technologist will coordinate workflow, assist in routine procedures, and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a School of Radiography or College-based Radiography program
- ARRT RT (R) certification
- ARRT RT (CT) certification
- NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License
- BLS Certification
