Job Requirements
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Medical-surgical nursing or telemetry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to changing patient care needs
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Cerner experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Use the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate safe patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support excellent patient outcomes
- Delegate and coordinate care appropriately based on patient needs and staff skill level
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit policies and standards
- Adapt quickly while floating between patient care areas as needed
