Job Requirements

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Medical-surgical nursing or telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to changing patient care needs
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Cerner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Use the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate safe patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support excellent patient outcomes
• Delegate and coordinate care appropriately based on patient needs and staff skill level
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit policies and standards
• Adapt quickly while floating between patient care areas as needed
