Registered Nurse — Critical Care

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Vent experience
- ICP monitoring
- Hemodynamic monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
- Meditech Expanse experience
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
- American Heart Association PALS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Work Expectations
- Must be able to function independently with general guidance
- Requires critical thinking, time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills
- Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings
Additional Notes
- Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Permanent address must be included in the profile
- Requested time off must be submitted with the profile and will not be approved after upload or after offer
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
- Personal scrubs of any color are allowed
- Unit size is 20 beds
- Patient ratio is 1:2
