Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Tele unit. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Tele unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage IV lines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a Med/Tele setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
