- Valid RN license in Maine
- Minimum 3 years Operating Room (OR) experience
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years Level 1 trauma experience
- Competency in Robotics (Davinci Xi)
- Competency in PCNLs (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy)
- Competency in Nephrectomy
- Competency in Ureteral Reimplant
- Competency in Hysterectomy
- Competency in Cystectomy
- Competency in Colpocleisis
- Competency in Hysteroscopy
- Competency in Ureteroscopy
