    Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

    Location: Burlingame, California
    Contract Length: 13 weeks


    Job Description

    Seeking a Cath Lab Nurse proficient in:

    • Diagnostic cath lab procedures
    • Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
    • Structural heart procedures
    • Electrophysiology

    Shift: 4 shifts of 10 hours each (07:30 AM - 05:00 PM), weekend call required


    Required Qualifications

    • Current California RN License
    • BLS (AHA) certification
    • ACLS certification
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN (highest required experience)

    Prior Travel Experience

    Background and Compliance Requirements

    • 7-year background check within 6 months of start
    • EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, FACIS Level 3 screening, and other federal/state checks required and must be updated annually

    • Drug screening: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start (excluding marijuana due to CA law)

      • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
      • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (annual renewal)

      • Seasonal flu vaccination during flu season (Nov-April) or signed declination
    • Respiratory safety clearance required annually
    • Color blindness exam (in-person) if applicable
