Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: San Francisco, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Responsible for chart audits and coordinating meetings/reviews
Floating between multiple facilities as needed

Shift Details

5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, including within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Certification and license verifications required as per standard protocols
