CT Technologist Position - Hartford, Connecticut
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Weekend Requirements: None
- Call: Optional
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Connecticut
- CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ARRT-CT certification
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Fit test clearance
- Completion of respirator evaluation with physician signature
- COVID-19 vaccination proof including booster or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional)
- Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year for Connecticut
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Physical exam within the last year confirming fitness to work
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Signed code of conduct, confidentiality, conflict of interest, integrity and audit services, and patient information security agreements
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- Exclusion screenings including EPLS, OIG, NSO, and OFAC within 30 days of start
- Completion of Trinity skills checklist (provided by agency)
- CORE exam within the last year
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Current Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction
Additional Notes
- All required documents and verifications must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
- No weekend shifts required.
- Call is optional during the shift.
