Cardiac Cath Lab RN Travel Assignment

Overview

Travel RN role in a cardiac cath lab
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, 0700–1730
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Cardiac Cath Lab experience (2 years)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Electrophysiology Lab experience

Preferred Qualifications

RCIS
CVRN

Key Responsibilities / Experience

Circulating cardiac cath and structural cases
Working knowledge of cath lab equipment, procedures, and moderate sedation
Preferred experience scrubbing with the physician
Preferred previous experience monitoring cases

Unit Details

Cardiac Cath Lab
Standard cardiac cath and structural cases
Possible floating to EP Lab
Call shifts up to 14 per month, with a standard range of 10–12 shifts per month
Navy, royal blue, or gray scrubs required
