Pharmacist - Inpatient

<h2>Job Overview</h2>
<p>The Inpatient Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring patient drug therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. This role includes a variety of activities such as medication order dispensing, IV admixture, sterile compounding, monitoring patient medication therapies, counseling patients, documenting interventions, providing drug information, and supervising support personnel.</p>

    <li>Will work alone during night shifts</li>
    <li>Night shift (7 on 7 off) preferred, with rotating shifts between 6AM and 10PM if not on night shift</li>
    <li>Every other weekend required</li>
</ul>

<h2>Unit Information</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Hospital census of 130-150 patients per day</li>
    <li>No floating to other units or departments</li>
</ul>

<h2>Dress Code</h2>
<p>Business casual attire is required.</p>

<p>Training on computer systems and other relevant processes will take place for approximately 2 weeks prior to starting shifts.</p>
