Job Overview
- Contract role in York, Maine
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Weekend call required: 1 on / 4 off, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures
- Obtain high-quality imaging and assist physicians with interpretation
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital/office setting
- Educate patients and caregivers and support patient advocacy
- Maintain records, archiving, inventory, and equipment/supply organization
- Support quality monitoring, cleaning, and office upkeep
- Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and support staff to support patient care
