Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
Patient ratio: 1:4
First-time travelers accepted
Floating may be required within scope, including to sister facilities if needed
Block scheduling is not available
Local candidates are not accepted
Pending state license is not accepted
RTO limit: 5 days or less

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Intermediate Care (2 years of experience)
Intermediate Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Additional Requirements

Must submit driver’s license with application
Must complete background check, education verification, and employment/work history verification
Must complete required health screenings and immunization documentation before start
Must complete facility orientation and required onboarding documents before start

Unit Details

IMC/MS stepdown unit with cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery patients
Unit also admits medical-surgical and IMC-status patients

Unit is ran by anesthesia, you will have to get anesthesia trays,,,set there area up while they complain about what you didn't do.
