Overview

• Travel assignment in Weatherford, Texas
• Unit: 2 South (610)
• 13-week contract
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekends
• No call requirements
• Floating as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a(n) Hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Meditech experience

Unit Details

• Documentation system: Meditech
• Procedures on the unit include general med surg, IV initiation, NG, Foley, dressing changes, and ADLs

Additional Notes

• Must be competent in patient experience, AIDET, bedside reporting, hourly rounding, and service recovery
• Scrub color: Navy blue with Med City embroidery; proof of purchase required
• Nail policy prohibits artificial nails, gel, and next gen nails
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
• Tattoos should be covered whenever possible
