Schedule and Work Expectations

• Weekend coverage required: every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• On-call: TBD by unit needs
• Floating within scope: No
• Floating to sister facilities may be required if needed
• Block scheduling: TBD by unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
• Cath Lab Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with the Xper recording platform
• Experience working in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab
• Experience working in Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
• PACS experience
• Cardioversion experience
• Pacemaker Insertion experience
• Tilt Table Study experience
• Angioplasty experience
• Stent placement experience
• Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots) experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience with special equipment such as Impella, Balloon Pump, CSI, Shockwave, and Penumbra

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

• Flu vaccine required, with signed medical or religious exemptions only
• Finalized RTO must be included with submission
• Background check and fingerprint clearance must be completed before start
• Physical exam within 6 months prior to start
• Fit test within 12 months prior to start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella titers
• 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• 2 professional references from employment within the past 12 months
• Current application/resume dated within 90 days of start

• Level III Adult trauma designation
• 150 staffed beds
• Scrubs: any solid color, matching top and bottom, no logos or prints; traveler must purchase own scrubs
