Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in New York
Respiratory Care Practitioner (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Care Practitioner experience within the last year
Experience with Epic
Government-issued photo ID
Background check required within 3 months of start, including criminal history, SSN trace, sex offender search, education verification, eligibility to work in the United States, and international search if applicable
Education verification from primary source or third-party verification, as required by position
State license verification required within 30 days of start
National tech certification verification required within 30 days of start
BLS - Basic Life Support
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
TNCC certification

NIH Stroke Certification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
