Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in New York
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (1 year of experience)
- Respiratory Care Practitioner experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check required within 3 months of start, including criminal history, SSN trace, sex offender search, education verification, eligibility to work in the United States, and international search if applicable
- Education verification from primary source or third-party verification, as required by position
- State license verification required within 30 days of start
- National tech certification verification required within 30 days of start
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- TNCC certification
- EFM certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Competency Exam
- Color Blind Testing Online
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB Questionnaire in lieu of annual TB test renewal
