Unit: Medical/Surgical (6th Floor)
Floating required
Block scheduling is not guaranteed
Patient population: Adults
Common diagnoses: Post-surgical care including abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, morbid obesity (bariatric surgery)
Specialty equipment used: IV pumps, nasogastric (N/G) tubes, feeding tubes
EMR system: EPIC
Scrub color: Navy Blue

Active New York RN license
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience is required
Current AHA BLS certification
Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
Must provide up-to-date resume documenting travel experience
Licenses verification and RTO (Return to Office) documentation required at submission
