OT - Therapy

Overview

  • Travel assignment in Lynnwood, Washington
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Shift: 8am-4pm
  • Weekend requirement: once a month
  • Call: N/A

  • Rehab department
  • 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
  • Floors 1-3

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
  • Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • Master's degree in occupational therapy

Preferred Qualifications

  • OT experience in acute care, skilled nursing home, or inpatient rehab hospital

Patient Population / Clinical Focus

  • General patient population
  • Common diagnoses/treatments: stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, debility

Additional Notes

  • EHR: EPIC, Rehab Connect
  • Scrub color: black scrubs
  • Time to report: 7:30–8:00 AM
  • Parking: rear of building
