RN Oncology Infusion Clinic - Adult

Location

• Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm
• No weekends
• No holidays

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Role Summary

• Provides nursing care for adult oncology infusion patients in a clinic setting
• Administers medications, chemotherapy, IV infusions, and blood products
• Assists physicians with conscious sedation and minor diagnostic procedures
• Documents patient responses and coordinates follow-up care
• Provides patient and family education related to chemotherapy and clinic care

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Oncology experience within the last year
• 1 year of oncology experience
• Infusion experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS from the American Heart Association
• ONS/ONCC

• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
