Location
- Twin Falls, Idaho
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Shift
- 12-hour nights
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 1 year of experience
- Previous travel experience
- Experience with TTM cooling using Thermoguard/Zoll
- EPIC experience
Unit Details
- ICU and PCU combination unit
- ICU nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1-2
- PCU nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3
- Charge nurse does not take an assignment
- CNA support available
- Tele tech support available
- Intensivist in house 7 days a week
- Hospitalist in house 24/7
- RT in ICU 24/7
Responsibilities
- Titrate drips
- Read and interpret telemetry strips
- Float between ICU and PCU patients within the unit
Schedule
- Usually every other weekend
- Holidays as needed
- No call or standby
- Block scheduling may be considered if it meets unit needs
Dress Code
- Navy blue scrubs
Orientation
- 2 shifts on the unit
