• Day shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends required

Job Summary

• Schedules and coordinates exams with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Prepares patients for exams, including identification, education, and transport
• Performs ultrasound exams, documents results, charges appropriately, and maintains equipment and supplies
• Supports patient safety, quality improvement, and staff education

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Echo-Vascular Technician
• Echo-Vascular Technician experience within the last year
• ARDMS or CCI certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience using contrast agent and bubble echo
• Transesophageal echocardiogram experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adult transthoracic echocardiography
• Pediatric experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
